1. Products

We do our best to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, colors, and sizing information are as accurate as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be contacted promptly and offered either a refund or an alternative where appropriate.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and any additional payment methods displayed during checkout, including major credit and debit cards and digital wallets where available.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Orders within Canada are shipped with tracking via Canada Post unless otherwise stated.

While every effort is made to ship orders promptly, Coastal Thread cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates and ensuring their parcel is received safely.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must meet the requirements outlined in our return policy, including being:

• Unworn

• In their original condition

• With all original tags attached
